Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how cancellations work for these purchase types.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged for each scheduled delivery unless the subscription is prepaid.

Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

We do not offer refunds on subscription orders once processed or shipped.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available.

Payment may be collected in full or as a partial deposit at checkout. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the stated processing and shipping timelines.

Pre-orders may be canceled only if the order has not yet been processed.

Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We do not offer refunds on pre-orders. Exchanges are only permitted if the item received is incorrect or defective.
